As you know i like to take on impossible challanges. This time I'd like to share one short bit of advice, every day. I hope that this helps me understand said advice better, simplifies my writing (And in turn my thinking) and helps you, the readers.
The first bit of advice is to savour the moment. All to often we're living in the past or the future. Depression lives in the past and anxiety lives in the future, calmness lives in the present.
Widen your eyes, and without moving your eyes try and look at the areas at the edge of your eyes, do this for about a minute and notice how you feel. Throughout the day take time to just notice where you are and how your feeling, take in all of the small details and notice as your heart beat lowers and you begin to feel calmer.
